PA Sunflowers

An exciting summer destination outside of Philadelphia is a one acre sunflower field, planted and maintained by the owners of the nearby car wash, Please Wash Me. The sunflowers were first planted 7 years ago to attract customers to the car wash. My friends Lisa and Emma told me about the sunflowers last summer. Dana, Scott, Kermit (yes, Kermit!) and I visited last weekend and enjoyed the experience, and the company of the visitors (people and pollinators) mingling with nature.
