3 Summertime Smoothies

I love to make smoothies!

Amounts below are for 1-2 people.

I use a NutriBullet Pro blender - it is super easy to use and clean!

Purple Smoothie

1/2 C Frozen Blueberries

1/2 Cooked beets (can be frozen or not!)

1/2 C Greek yogurt

1 C Water

Handful of ice (or more if you like it icey!)

1 TBSP Honey or agave syrup

1 TBSP Almond butter

2 TBSP Collagen

Optional add-in: mucuna pruriens, lion's mane mushroom powder, ground flax seeds

Optional topping: toasted buckwheat, bee pollen




Green Smoothie

1 C Coconut water

Handful of ice (or more if you like it icey!)

1 C Frozen spinach (or fresh!)

1 Frozen banana

Optional add-ins: moringa leaf powder, avocado, green adaptogen powder

Optional topping: pumpkin seeds, coconut flakes










White Smoothie

2 TBSP Tahini

2 Dates, chopped

1 Frozen banana

1 tsp Vanilla Extract

1 tsp Cinnamon

1 C Coconut milk (or any alternative milk)

Handful of ice (or more if you like it icey!)

Optional add-in: flax seed, reishi mushroom powder

Optional topping: pistachios, coconut flakes or sesame seeds!
